Yes. Trade accounts are open to VAT-registered businesses, retailers and distributors. Applications are usually reviewed within 24 hours and approved accounts receive volume pricing tiers and account management.
Yes. We deliver across the UK and Europe and ship worldwide with full export documentation and customs support for freight consignments.
No. All catalogue prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is calculated and added at checkout, and every order is issued with a VAT-compliant invoice.
UK and European parcels ship via DPD and Royal Mail. Worldwide and freight consignments ship via DHL.
Approved trade accounts can raise a quotation request from the account area, or contact the trade team directly by phone, WhatsApp or email for bulk and container pricing.
Stocked lines ordered before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Bulk pallet and container orders are scheduled with your account manager.
