We collect the business details you provide when opening a trade account, requesting a quotation or placing an order: company name, VAT or company registration number, contact names, delivery addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers.
How we use your data
Your data is used to process orders, verify trade eligibility, issue VAT invoices, arrange delivery with our couriers and provide account support. We never sell customer data to third parties.
Marketing
Trade newsletters are sent only to buyers who opt in. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link and preferences can also be changed from your account notifications page.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing director@razawholesale.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
