Returns Policy
Returns, shortages and damage claims for trade orders.
Reporting shortages or damage
Please inspect all pallets and cases on delivery. Shortages, damage or incorrect goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
Returning stock
Unopened, resaleable trade cases may be returned within 14 days of delivery subject to prior authorisation from your account manager. Restocking charges may apply on bulk and special-order lines.
Faulty goods
Manufacturing defects are covered by a 12-month trade warranty. Approved claims are credited to your account or replaced on your next dispatch.
