What is the minimum order value?

All trade orders carry a £1,000 minimum order value excluding VAT. Mixed pallets and multi-category baskets count toward the same threshold.

When is delivery free?

Orders over £3,000 ex VAT ship free to mainland UK addresses. Below that, carrier rates are applied at checkout — Royal Mail Tracked 48, DPD Next Day or DHL Express Worldwide.

How is VAT handled?

Catalog prices are shown excluding VAT. UK standard-rate VAT at 20% is calculated at checkout and itemised on your invoice. Valid EU and international VAT numbers can be zero-rated on approval.

How do I open a trade account with credit terms?

Register a business account, verify your email and submit your VAT and Companies House registration numbers. Our credit team reviews applications within one working day and sets your limit, terms and discount tier.

Can I request bespoke pricing?

Yes. Use Quote Requests inside your dashboard for pallet, mixed-load or container volumes and the trade desk will return costed pricing with a validity window.

Do you support bulk and repeat ordering?

Quick Order by SKU, CSV bulk upload, saved order templates and one-click reordering are all available from your customer dashboard.
