Dispatch times, couriers and worldwide freight for trade orders.
Dispatch times
Stocked lines ordered before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Bulk pallet and container programmes are scheduled with your account manager.
Couriers
UK and European parcels ship via DPD and Royal Mail. Worldwide and freight consignments ship via DHL with full export documentation.
Shipping charges
Delivery is charged at cost and is free on orders above £3,000 excluding VAT. Duty and import taxes outside the UK are the responsibility of the receiving business.
